Setting that indicates the episode ordering for the show
None = Library default,
tmdbAiring = The Movie Database (Aired),
tvdbAiring = TheTVDB (Aired),
tvdbDvd = TheTVDB (DVD),
tvdbAbsolute = TheTVDB (Absolute)).
