`@babel/preset-env` shipped a change that broke Nuxt.js usage of the module, so here we add a `yarn.lock` file that pins the preset-env version to 7.12.17. See: https://github.com/nuxt/nuxt.js/issues/8882

How We Created This Example
To get started with Nuxt.js deployed with Vercel, you can use the Create-Nuxt-App CLI to initialize the project:
$ npx create-nuxt-app my-app
The only change made is to amend the output directory in
nuxt.config.jsto"/public".
