Lee Robinson aa0f3d712b chore: update Nuxt example (#10869 )

This updates the default Nuxt example to start with a static route, plus
updates dependencies with the latest version.

Nuxt Example

Deploy your Nuxt project to Vercel with zero configuration.

Setup

Make sure to install the dependencies:

# yarn
yarn

# npm
npm install

# pnpm
pnpm install --shamefully-hoist

Development Server

Start the development server on http://localhost:3000

npm run dev

Production

Build the application for production:

npm run build

Locally preview production build:

npm run preview
