Ethan Arrowood 142aa55a5d Add .node-version file (#10820)
This a small QOL change. Essentially if you have a tool like `fnm` on your machine for using multiple versions of Node.js, they will look for files like this one and automatically switch your terminal session node version to the value in it. 

The `vercel/front` repo uses this too

Contributing

This project uses pnpm to install dependencies and run scripts.

You can use the dev script to run local changes as if you were invoking Vercel CLI. For example, vercel deploy --cwd=/path/to/project could be run with local changes with pnpm dev deploy --cwd=/path/to/project.
